We live in a fast pace world with many moving parts. Sometimes the end result of trying to keep up in this fast pace world is stress. Everyone at one time or another experiences stress. Coloring is the perfect activity that will allow you to de-stress and at the same time calm your mind. It offers great therapeutic value. Some therapists even refer to coloring as a form of “active meditation".
